CM Majhi launches e-Registration app to streamline Odisha’s revenue services

Bhubaneswar, June 25: In a major step toward digital governance, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday launched the e-Registration mobile app, designed to provide citizens easy access to a wide range of revenue-related services through a single digital platform. This initiative aims to enhance transparency, reduce paperwork, and bring government services closer to the people.
The app enables users to apply for various services such as land registration, online slot booking, income and caste certificates, certified copies, encumbrance certificates (EC), and sub-registrar office information. Citizens can also download documents and register their feedback through integrated visitor and application service modules—all from the comfort of their homes.
Speaking at the launch, CM Majhi emphasized the government’s commitment to people-centric governance. “This app reflects our promise of convenience and efficiency. With modern technology, we have brought essential revenue services to the fingertips of every citizen,” he stated.
The Chief Minister also unveiled the Revenue Department’s annual success booklet, showcasing key achievements over the past year. He praised the department’s reforms, noting that since the new government took charge, revenue services have undergone major transformations to improve accessibility and public satisfaction.
