Bhubaneswar, March 22: In a tragic incident, the body of a young man was found hanging inside the railway medical campus under the Mancheswar police station limits in Bhubaneswar on Saturday. The deceased has been identified as Simanchal Bhoi.

According to sources, locals passing by the area in the morning noticed the body and immediately informed the medical authorities. The officials, in turn, alerted the police, who soon arrived at the scene. Upon reaching the spot, Mancheswar police recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem examination at a nearby hospital.

Preliminary investigations suggest that it could be a case of suicide. Bhoi was reportedly working as a helper in an ambulance at the medical facility. However, the exact circumstances leading to his death remain unclear.

“We have sent the body for post-mortem. The exact cause of death will be determined once the report is available,” a police official stated. Meanwhile, authorities are conducting further inquiries to understand the possible reasons behind the incident.
