Key administrative changes in Odisha as IAS officers take on new roles

Bhubaneswar, Oct 8: The Odisha government has conducted a minor reshuffle in its administrative ranks at the IAS level.
Bishnupada Sethi has been designated as the Principal Secretary for Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (SSEPD).
Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma has assumed the role of Commissioner for Land Records & Settlement. B Parameswaran has been appointed as the Commissioner for Consolidation in Bhubaneswar.
Ramashish Hazra has taken on an additional role as President of the Board of Secondary Education, while he continues to serve as the Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services.
Jyoti Prakash Das has been appointed as the Director of Special Projects in the Department of Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water, with the additional responsibility of overseeing the Revenue Officers’ Training Institute (ROTI). Arindam Dakua is now the Director of Drinking Water & Sanitation.
Indramani Tripathy has been named as the Director of Tribal Affairs, along with an additional charge as Additional Secretary for ST, SC, and MBCW in the Department of ST, SC & MBCW, as well as Director of SCSTRTI.
Subrata Satapathy has assumed the role of Inspector General of Registration for Odisha, transitioning from his previous position as Financial Advisor to the Board of Revenue, Odisha.
