Odisha Govt announces minor IAS reshuffle, four officers get new roles

Bhubaneswar, Sept 12: The Odisha government has announced a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre, assigning new responsibilities to four officers across key departments. The move aims to streamline administrative functioning and strengthen departmental leadership.
According to a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department, Vijay Amruta Kulange (IAS, 2013 batch) has been appointed as Director of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Cuttack, while also holding additional charge as Managing Director of OMFED, Bhubaneswar.
Premjit Nayak (IAS-SCS, 2014), previously serving as Director of AYUSH, has been shifted to the post of Additional Secretary in the ST & SC Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department. His position at AYUSH will now be taken over by Anjana Panda (IAS-SCS, 2015), who was earlier posted as Additional Secretary in the Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Department.
Meanwhile, P. Anvesha Reddy (IAS-RR, 2017) will continue as Excise Commissioner, Odisha, Cuttack, while retaining additional charge of Inspector General of Registration, Odisha, Cuttack.
