Naveen Seeks Governor's Intervention In Balasore Student Suicide Incident
Bhubaneswar: Seeking the Governor's intervention and demanding justice for the student, opposition party leaders have expressed grief over the incident and wished quick and speedy recovery on social media. The victim is fighting for her life in the burn ward of AIIMS Medical College with 95 percent of her body being burned.
The AIIMS director has informed that the student is in a critical condition. A 12-member medical team is engaged in the treatment of the victim. The Higher Education Department has taken action and suspended the college chairman Dilip Kumar Ghosh and assistant professor Sameer Sahu. In addition, the assistant professor has been arrested and charged.
