Man Slits Wife’s Throat And Flees
Khordha : In a shocking incident , a man allegedly killed his wife by slitting her throat at his in-laws’ house at Gurujanga area in Khordha district .
On Saturday evening, the deceased’s husband Kartik Pradhan reached his in-law’s house. Indira and her husband had a heated altercation. In a fit of rage Kartik took out a knife and slit her throat and fled from the spot. The deceased has been identified as Indira Priyadarshini Mohanty.
According to available information , the marital life of Indira was stated to be not well with her husband Kartik Pradhan. So Indira had been staying at the parental house at Patitapaban Sahi for a long time.
Police reached the spot and initiated probe after recovering the body.
