Bhubaneswar, Jan 30: The Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) has announced the temporary suspension of its special bus service to Ayodhya for the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025, effective immediately. The suspension is due to unavoidable circumstances and will remain in place until February 4. This decision was shared by OSRTC through an official post on its X handle.

Passengers who had planned to travel on the special buses to Ayodhya during this period will need to make alternative travel arrangements. OSRTC has provided dedicated contact numbers for assistance, including 18003451122 (phone) and 7849052205 (WhatsApp), for general inquiries. Additionally, passengers seeking refunds are advised to reach out to 9937547773.

OSRTC has assured the public that further updates regarding the suspension and any changes will be shared through its official social media channels and website. The bus service, which was launched to accommodate pilgrims for the Maha Kumbh Mela, will resume after February 4, pending the resolution of the ongoing issues.
