Bhubaneswar, June 23: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Odisha on July 4 for a one-day tour that is expected to include a series of government programmes, party meetings and public engagements.

According to sources, Shah will participate in several official events during his visit, including a key programme organised by the state’s Cooperation Department. The event is expected to focus on strengthening cooperative institutions and reviewing initiatives aimed at empowering farmers and rural communities.

Apart from attending government functions, the senior BJP leader is also likely to hold a series of organisational meetings with leaders and workers of the party in Odisha. During these interactions, he is expected to review the party’s activities in the state, discuss future strategies and provide guidance on strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level.
