Bhavesh Patra tops Odisha in JEE Main 2026 Session 2, secures AIR 13
Bhubaneswar, April 21: Bhavesh Patra has emerged as the Odisha topper in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main 2026 Session 2, with an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 13. The results were declared on Monday by the National Testing Agency.
This year, a total of 26 candidates achieved the perfect 100 percentile score, reflecting intense competition at the national level. Among them, five candidates each hailed from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, highlighting strong performances from southern states.
Candidates can access their scorecards on the official website of the examination authority. The Session 2 exam was conducted from April 2 to April 8 across 566 centres in 304 cities in India and 14 cities abroad. More than 11 lakh aspirants appeared for the highly competitive engineering entrance test.
The provisional answer key was released earlier on April 11, allowing candidates to raise objections before the final results were announced.
Earlier in the year, Session 1 of JEE Main 2026 was held from January 21 to January 29, with results declared on February 16. The examination continues to be a crucial gateway for admission into premier engineering institutions across the country.
