CM Mohan Majhi to hold public grievance hearing in Bhubaneswar on April 27
Bhubaneswar, April 21: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will conduct a public grievance hearing in Bhubaneswar on April 27, offering citizens a direct platform to present their complaints and concerns.
The hearing is scheduled to take place from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm at the former Government Primary School near Capital Nursery in Unit-2, Ashok Nagar. The initiative aims to strengthen public engagement and ensure prompt redressal of grievances at the highest administrative level.
As per official information, online registration will commence on April 22 at 11:00 am. Citizens can register through the Jan Sunani portal or via the Jan Sunani mobile application. Participants will be assigned specific time slots to streamline the process.
Applicants are required to carry their registration acknowledgement receipt, valid identity proof, and a written copy of their grievance while attending the hearing.
The programme is being coordinated by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, which is making necessary arrangements to facilitate a smooth and efficient interaction between the Chief Minister and the public.
