Traffic restrictions in Bhubaneswar for PM Modi's visit on Tuesday

Bhubaneswar, Sept 16: Traffic restrictions will be enforced in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday to bolster security for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to launch the Subhadra Yojana, a flagship initiative of the Mohan Majhi government.
The Twin City Commissionerate Police has announced several traffic restrictions for September 17 due to the Prime Minister's event at Janata Maidan.
According to a notification from the Commissionerate Police, the restrictions will be in effect from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The details are as follows:
No vehicles will be allowed to travel between Jayadev Vihar and NALCO Square, including connecting lanes.
Vehicles traveling from Nandankanan towards Jayadev Vihar should follow this route: Damana Square – Guru Kelu Charan Park – Sainik School – Acharya Vihar or take the alternative route via Sikharchandi – Pathargadia – DN School – Kalinga Studio Chhak – Fire Station.
Vehicles traveling from Jayadev Vihar to Nandankanan should use Acharya Vihar – Sainik School – Guru Kelu Charan Park – Damana Square or the route via Fire Station – DN School – Patharagadia – Sikharchandi.
Vehicles coming from Cuttack should use NH-316 towards Bhubaneswar or take the Nandankanan road.
All vehicles should divert from Behera Sahi Chhak to either Acharya Vihar or CRPF Chhak, avoiding Jayadev Vihar.
Vehicles from Cuttack will not be allowed on the service road from Acharya Vihar overbridge towards Jayadev Vihar Square.
Vehicles from Baramunda will be prohibited from using the service road from Crown Hotel towards Jayadev Vihar Square.
Emergency vehicles, such as fire services and ambulances, will be exempt from these restrictions.
