Union Minister Jual Oram admitted to AIIMS

Bhubaneswar, Aug 20: Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram has been admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi, as of Tuesday.
Sources report that Oram tested positive for dengue on August 11 and was initially treated at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar. Tragically, his wife, Jhingia Oram, also contracted the disease and passed away on August 18 at the age of 58. She had been receiving treatment for dengue in Bhubaneswar before her death.
Oram had initially recovered from dengue and returned home, but was deeply affected by his wife’s sudden passing. His health deteriorated recently, prompting his hospitalization at AIIMS. The Chief Minister of Odisha, Mohan Charan Majhi, Speaker Surama Padhi, and various other ministers and leaders have paid their respects to Jhingia Oram at her residence in Lumbini Vihar, Bhubaneswar.
