Odisha's CHSE issues guidelines for Plus 2 examinees ahead of exams

Bhubaneswar, Feb 15: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, has issued important guidelines for students preparing to take the upcoming Plus 2 examinations starting on February 16.
Examinees are advised to arrive at their exam centers half an hour early to ensure timely entry into the hall, with entry permitted 15 minutes before the exam. Answer copies will be distributed 10 minutes prior to the exam, while question papers will be provided 5 minutes in advance.
Students are urged to carefully check the serial number and page number of their answer sheets upon receipt and report any discrepancies immediately. Furthermore, they should notify exam supervisors of any page number or printing errors in the question paper.
The board has emphasized that only black ballpoint pens and admit cards are permitted in the examination hall; all other items are prohibited.
Notably, the Plus 2 exams will continue until March 20, 2024, with examinations scheduled in a single shift from 10 am to 1 pm.
This year, the board has introduced an important change: differently-abled students taking the Plus 2 examinations will be allotted an additional hour.
It is anticipated that over 3.5 lakh students will participate in the CHSE board examinations across 1,145 examination centers throughout Odisha.
