Two killed as bike collides with tree in Cuttack
Cuttack, Dec 10: Tragedy struck in the Banki area of Cuttack, Odisha, last night as a bike carrying two individuals crashed into a roadside tree, resulting in the death of both riders.
The deceased have been identified as Rakesh Kumar and Ajay Tiroi. According to reports, the duo was en route to Khordha when their bike lost control and collided with a tree near Dulanapur village.
The impact of the collision caused critical injuries to the riders, leading to their immediate demise at the accident site.
Upon receiving the information, the police promptly arrived at the scene, where they secured the bodies. Subsequently, the deceased were transported to a nearby hospital for post-mortem examination.
An ongoing investigation is being conducted to ascertain further details surrounding the incident.
