Bombs hurled at Principal’s room, boys’ hostel at Vyasanagar College
Bhubaneswar, Oct 8: Tension prevailed at Vyasanagar Autonomous College after unidentified miscreants allegedly hurled bombs at the Principal’s room and the boys’ hostel late Wednesday night, triggering panic among students and college authorities.
According to reports, the incident took place shortly after the notification for the college elections was issued, raising concerns on the campus ahead of the electoral process. The late-night bombing created an atmosphere of fear among students and staff, with authorities reportedly taking the incident seriously.
Soon after receiving information, police reached the college premises and launched an investigation into the incident. The identity of those involved and the motive behind the bombing are yet to be established.
