“Ama Odisha Naveen Odisha” launched in Mayurbhanj, Bargarh and Deogarh districts

“Ama Odisha Naveen Odisha” launched in Mayurbhanj, Bargarh and Deogarh districts

Bhubaneswar: Through the state government's ambitious plan 'Aam Odisha Naveen Odisha', a campaign has been launched to strengthen the infrastructure of building a new Odisha, a strong Odisha. The focus of this program will be per panchayat, per village. Today, Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik launched the scheme in Mayurbhanj, Bargarh and Deogarh districts on the third day of the program via virtual connection from Bhubaneswar. 50 lakh rupees per panchayat. For this, five constituencies of Mayurbhanj district have received 111 crores and 50 lakh rupees. These constituencies are – Badsahi, Bangiriposhi, Baripada, Morada and Udala. There will be 3081 projects in 223 gram panchayats of these constituencies. Similarly, 126 crore 50 lakh rupees have been sanctioned for 5 constituencies of Bargarh district. These constituencies are - Atabira, Bijepur, Bargarh, Padampur and Bhatli. In this, 3,335 projects will be done in 253 gram panchayats. Similarly, Rs 35 crore has been approved for one constituency in Deogarh district and 991 projects will be implemented in 70 village panchayats.

Addressing on this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik said that development of all villages is our goal. Culture will be protected and modernity will be developed in villages. Everyone in the village will be guaranteed education and health. The developed village will be the identity of modern Odisha. Odisha is the land of Jagannath. Love of the world, peace, harmony, equality and service are the message of Jagannath culture. Irrespective of caste, religion, community, it has made everyone its own. Ama Odisha Naveen Odisha program will preserve Jagannath culture in every village. Every place of worship will be developed. Heritage sites will be preserved. The Chief Minister said that the preservation and protection of these cultural and heritage sites is essential for our future generations.

Chief Minister said that development of digital infrastructure in villages is one of the objectives of this scheme. Internet connection will be available in the village. It will be a science park. To be a skill development centre. Works hub will be. Banking facilities will be available. The primary schools of the village will also be involved in this program. It will bring immense opportunities to our youth society, women, farmers brothers and sisters and students and will further enhance the identity of Odisha as a modern, strong, progressive and culturally conscious state. In this new Odisha, our foundation will be strong and wings will be strong and the aspirational Odisha vision will be realized and wished everyone's cooperation in the successful implementation of our Odisha new Odisha program.

 

For today's program, a huge crowd gathered in 5 constituencies of Mayurbhanj district, 5 constituencies of Bargarh district and one constituency of Devgarh district.

 

5T Secretary Shri V.K. Pandian, who coordinated the event, said that the transformation has created enthusiasm among the people.

 

Minister Shri Sudam Marndi, Minister Mrs. Rita Sahu, MP Mrs. Mamata Mahant, MLA Mr. Rajkishore Das, MLA Mrs. Snehangini Chhariya, MLA Shri Debash Acharya, MLA Mrs. Raina Singh Bariha, District Council President, Members, Local Sarpanch Majors participated in the virtual discussion. He expressed the opinion that a new era of development has come in the village. They said that due to the visit of the 5T secretary, the development in the district has improved and the problems that have been pending for many days have also been resolved.

After his visit, Mr. Pandian informed about the projects approved by the Chief Minister for various regions. The Chief Minister has sanctioned funds for our Odisha, Naveen Odisha program considering the proposed projects and needs of the people.

Shri Pandian informed and said that the Chief Minister has sanctioned funds for all the districts under the Chief Minister's special assistance program along with our Odisha Naveen Odisha program. 154.12 crore for ring road and flood control dam in Baripada town in Mayurbhanj district, 1.50 crore for improvement of Baripada MPC College, 1 crore for improvement of Baba Kakharua Baidanath Shiva Temple in Mantri, 37 for improvement of road from Baripada to Pratappur Badsahi to Manitri. 04 crores, 19.44 crores for the improvement of Payantati-Badsahi road - Mr. Pandian informed that the Chief Minister has sanctioned Rs.213.10 crores for five projects in the district.

 

1.36 crores for Turunga Baisnodebi Temple in Bargarh district, 1.25 crores for Bargarh Women's College, 1.25 crores for Bargarh Panchayat College, 2.60 crores for Saranda Ishbar Temple, 1.80 crores for Papanga Hill Tourist Centre, Atabira 1.40 crores for Ramchandi Temple, 1.25 crores for Laramba College - 10.91 crores have been sanctioned by the Chief Minister for 7 such projects, Mr. Pandian informed.

 

Similarly, giving information about the development works approved by the Chief Minister in Devgarh district, Mr. Pandian said that Rs.17.68 crores for canal lining of Gohira Dam, Rs.12 crores for synthetic turf at Tillibani Hockey Training Centre, Rs.3.10 crores for development of Jhadeshwar Temple, Deogarh Model Degree College. 1.25 Crore, 1 Crore for Deogarh College, 0.92 Crore for Pradhanpat Waterfall Tourism Development, 0.75 Crore for Kurudkot Waterfall Tourism Development, 0.77 Crore for Deojharan Waterfall Tourism Development, 0.62 Crore for Tourism Development near Gohira. crores, Rs.0.6 crores for tourism sector in Riyamal Yogihuli and Rs.0.40 crores for development of Common Facility Center for Dokra artisans at Riyamal Inner Pada - the Chief Minister sanctioned Rs.39.9 lakhs for 11 such projects. District Magistrates of 3 districts expressed their thanks in the program.
