Army recruitment rally in Sambalpur from November 29 to December 5

Bhubaneswar, Nov 26: The Army Recruiting Office (ARO), Gopalpur, is all set to conduct a large-scale Army recruitment rally at the Jamadarpali Airstrip in Sambalpur from November 29 to December 5, 2025. This rally is open to shortlisted candidates from all districts of Odisha who have applied for various Agniveer categories.

Candidates who earlier appeared for the Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE) and have been shortlisted must attend the rally for their Physical Fitness Tests and Medical Examination. The Army has already sent admit cards to the registered email IDs of eligible applicants. Candidates can also download their admit cards by logging into their profiles on the official website: www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. For any clarifications, they may contact ARO Gopalpur at 0680-2343911.

The Army has strongly advised all candidates not to hand over their original documents to anyone during the recruitment process. This precaution is to prevent candidates from falling victim to touts or agents who may attempt fraudulent activities. Any suspicious behaviour or wrongdoing should be reported immediately to the local police and recruitment officials.

To ensure a fair and transparent process, strict measures have been put in place to identify and arrest touts and prevent malpractices, with support from the local police and civil administration.
