OPSC declares final results of OCS Examination-2023, 398 candidates selected
Bhubaneswar, Sept 26: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Friday released the much-awaited final results of the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Examination-2023. A total of 398 candidates, including 144 women, have been recommended for appointment to various Group A and Group B posts under the state civil services cadre.
The rigorous selection process began with the Main (Written) Examination, which was conducted on April 19, 20, 22, 24, 27, and May 15, 2025. This was followed by the Personality Test (Interview) held between September 6 and 18, 2025.
Among the top ten rank holders are Priyanshu Pal (1st), Ananya Mishra (2nd), and Sovan Pattanaiк (3rd), followed by Mirza Faiz Ahmed Quadri, Chinmaya Sahu, Antim Swain, Shailesh Kumar Bhoi, Monommad Nazif Hatif, Chinmaya Kumar Padhi, and Milan Mohapatra.
The Commission clarified that the selection is provisional, subject to verification of original certificates and testimonials by the respective appointing authorities. Candidates have been advised to regularly check the official website www.opsc.gov.in for updates.
With nearly 400 new officers set to join the state administration, the recruitment drive is expected to boost governance and public service delivery across Odisha.
