Bhubaneswar, Sept 24: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday congratulated the makers of the Odia film Pushkara after it won the Best Odia Film Award at the 71st National Film Awards.

Taking to X, the Chief Minister extended his “heartfelt congratulations and best wishes” to the film’s cast and crew. He lauded their efforts, saying such achievements showcase the richness of Odisha’s culture and inspire the Odia film industry to reach greater heights. Pushkara, directed by Subhransu Das, is based on eminent Odia writer Shankar Tripathy’s celebrated novel Nadabindu.
