CHSE Odisha makes staff data submission mandatory for AHSE 2026 admit cards

Bhubaneswar, Aug 26: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha has made it clear that no admit cards for the Annual Higher Secondary Examination (AHSE), 2026 will be issued to students of schools and colleges that fail to submit their Staff In Position (SIP) data online within the stipulated time.
In an official notification, Dr. Prasanta Kumar Parida, Controller of Examinations, CHSE, directed all Higher Secondary Schools and Composite Colleges under the council to upload teaching staff details on the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal between August 29 and September 30, 2025. The SIP data is essential for preparing the teachers’ gradation list, which helps in assigning examination duties.
Institutions must log in to the SAMS portal and update accurate information through the “SIP” link. Only eligible teachers—not below the rank of Junior Lecturer or Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)—are to be included. Demonstrators and teachers debarred from Plus II exam duties are strictly prohibited from entry.
CHSE has further instructed schools to provide each teacher’s WhatsApp number, email ID, and date of joining, ensuring data authenticity. It also emphasized that no hard copy or email submissions will be accepted.
The council warned that institutions failing to submit SIP data on time will face strict consequences: student admit cards will be withheld. The directive applies to all Government and Government-aided Higher Secondary Schools, including SSD and Upgraded institutions, but excludes self-financing schools.
