Gold and silver prices drop in Bhubaneswar, attracting savvy investors and shoppers

Bhubaneswar, October 5: Buyers have reason to celebrate as gold prices have experienced a significant decline in recent days. According to official sources, the price of gold has dropped by approximately Rs 2,000 over the past month.
In September, in Bhubaneswar, 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 55,000 per 10 grams. Now, it has come down to Rs 53,000. Moreover, in the first five days of October, gold prices have continued to decrease by around Rs 1,100. Similarly, silver prices have also witnessed a decrease of Rs 7,000 per kilogram, currently being sold at Rs 70,000 per kilogram.
Experts attribute this trend to the surge in US dollar rates, which has placed downward pressure on the value of precious metals. Many analysts anticipate a further 5 to 10 percent drop in gold prices in the upcoming days, making it an opportune time for investors to consider gold investments.
With the festive and wedding season approaching, consumers stand to benefit from buying gold, as numerous shops are offering discounts on making charges and other enticing offers, creating a win-win situation for buyers.
