BSE Odisha declares results of Matric Supplementary and State Open School exams

Bhubaneswar, Aug 16: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, on Friday announced the results of the Matric Supplementary Examination 2025 and the State Open School Certificate Examination (SOSCE). Thousands of students across the state had appeared for these crucial exams, which provide a second opportunity for those who could not clear in the first attempt.
As per the official data, the pass percentage in the supplementary exam stood at 56.23%, with 1,944 students clearing the test out of 3,457 candidates. Similarly, the open school exam recorded a 55.26% pass percentage, with 5,973 students passing out of 10,809 who appeared.
The results have been uploaded on the board’s official website, www.bseodisha.ac.in. Students can also check their results through SMS by typing 010210 followed by their roll number and sending it to 5676730.
Announcing the results, BSE President Srikant Tarai informed that successful candidates will now be eligible to apply for admission into higher secondary classes through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS).
The supplementary exams were held from July 1 to 10 across 98 centres, while the SOSC exams were conducted at 103 centres across the state.
