PM Modi arrives in Bhubaneswar, leads roadshow ahead of BJP Govt’s first anniversary

Bhubaneswar, June 20: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Bhubaneswar today on a special flight to attend a major public event at Janata Maidan, marking the first anniversary of the BJP-led government in Odisha.
Upon his arrival at the Biju Patnaik International Airport, the Prime Minister was given a grand welcome by Odisha Governor Kambhampati Hari Babu, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and other dignitaries, including cabinet ministers and senior police officials.
After his arrival, Prime Minister Modi embarked on a roadshow from the airport to Janata Maidan, where he greeted enthusiastic crowds lined along the route. People gathered in large numbers, waving flags and chanting slogans, turning the roadshow into a vibrant display of public support.
The Odisha State Police has made elaborate security arrangements to ensure a smooth, peaceful, and incident-free visit. Special teams from various security agencies have been deployed, and key locations across the capital have been brought under a tight security net.
PM Modi’s visit marks a significant moment for the state BJP, as it celebrates a year in power after a historic win in the 2024 Assembly elections.
