President Draupadi Murmu Arrived In Bhubaneswar On A five Day Visit To Odisha

President Draupadi Murmu arrived in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday evening on a five-day visit to Odisha. The President went directly from the Bhubaneswar Biju Patnaik Airport to Chandrasekharpur Niladri Vihar and unveiled the statue of Pandit Raghunath Murmu there. Mrs. Murmu spent some time there walking around the park. Later, the President visited the nearby tribal shrine Adim Owar Jharpa Jaher.
Today, the President will spend the night at Raj Bhavan. On Wednesday, December 4, the President will reach Puri by a special helicopter and offer prayers at the Shri Jagannath Temple. Later, President Mrs. Murmu will attend the 75th annual festival of Puri Gopabandhu Ayurveda College. On the same day, she will attend the Navy Day celebrations and a display of military skills at the Puri Blue Flag Beach in the afternoon.
On December 5, President Murmu will attend the 40th convocation of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar. On that day, she will inaugurate the new building of the Judicial Court in Bhubaneswar.
On December 6, the President will interact with students and villagers at oparbeda. On the same day, she will interact with students and teachers of Rairangpur Women's College in Rairangpur.
On December 7, the President is scheduled to lay the foundation stone/inaugurate various projects including Bangiriposhi-Gorumahisani, Burmara-Chakulia; and Badampahad-Kendujhargarh railway lines; Tribal Research and Development Centre, Rairangpur; Danda Bose Airport, Rairangpur and Rairangpur Sub-Divisional Hospital.
