Dharmasala MLA, Himanshu Shekhar Sahu Attacked
Dharmasala MLA Himanshu Shekhar Sahu was attacked last night . It is alleged that Himanshu was attacked by some people near Budhapol in Jajpur while he was going to DM's office in his car for a meeting. According to Himanshu's complaint to the police, his vehicle was stopped due to the road closure. Meanwhile, some people came and attacked his car with rods and fists. They beat him and took away the gold chain from his neck. During the attack, the accused called Bobby Bhai Zindabad. He was said to run away from there immediately, otherwise he will be killed .
However, former MLA Bobby Das refuted this. He said that he was not present at the time of the incident. However, the BJP workers blocked the road in protest of the incident.
