CM Majhi heads to Jharkhand for BJP’s ‘Parivartan’ rally and public meetings

Bhubaneswar, Sept 30: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is set to depart Bhubaneswar on Monday for a two-day visit to Jharkhand. His itinerary includes leaving Bhubaneswar airport at 10:00 am and arriving in Ranchi, from where he will travel by helicopter to West Singhbhum.
During his visit, Majhi will participate in the BJP’s ‘Parivartan’ rally in Kolhan and is scheduled to address a public rally at the Majhagaon School ground at 3:00 pm. He will then arrive at the Chaibasa Circuit House at 5:00 pm, where he will spend the night.
On Tuesday, the Chief Minister will hold a public meeting in Chaibasa before returning to Bhubaneswar from Ranchi at 4:00 pm the same day.
Reports indicate that Majhi's visit aims to bolster the BJP organization in Jharkhand, especially with Assembly elections approaching in the neighboring state. Notably, West Singhbhum and Kolhan are home to a significant population of Odia-speaking residents.
