Bhubaneswar, Aug 19: A tragic incident unfolded near Langaleswar Kalajharanai on National Highway 16 under Khalikote police limits in Ganjam district, where a couple was found dead inside a shop on Sunday night.

According to reports, the woman's body was discovered hanging, while the man's body was found lying on the ground. The identities of the deceased couple have not yet been established. The circumstances surrounding the deaths remain unclear, with authorities investigating whether it was a case of murder or suicide.

Acting on a tip-off, the police have initiated a thorough investigation and sent the bodies for post-mortem to determine the cause of death.
