Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi leads Tiranga Yatra in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, Aug 14: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi participated in the Tiranga Yatra in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. He was joined by Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, Ekamra MLA Babu Singh, and former BJP state president Samir Mohanty.
Majhi launched the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan on August 12, alongside Parida, Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari, and Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan. Today, the Yatra began at the Lingraj Temple.
"Prime Minister Narendra Modi requested everyone to join the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to rekindle our patriotic feelings for the country. This campaign aims to make every citizen realize the importance of the national flag," Majhi said. He urged all Odia people to participate by hoisting the national flag at their homes and sharing selfies.
The Tiranga Yatra is part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, an initiative by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to foster a sense of nationalism by encouraging citizens to display the national flag at their residences.
