Based on Specific input developed, processed and continuous ground surveillance by the team of NCB Sub-Zone, Bhubaneswar, resultantly, 506 of Kg of Ganja concealed in a Tata 12 wheeler Truck bearing Regd. No. PB-11CR-2958 were seized near SOG Training Centre, Chandaka, on Pitapalli to Barang Road, Bhubaneswar on 05.05.2022 and apprehended and arrested three persons namely:

1.    Balwaan @ Kabir @ Balwaan Singh, Age about 31 years, S/o- Diwan Singh, R/o-  Hissar, Haryana (Driver of the truck alongwith receiver of seized contraband).

2.    Jaspal Singh, Age about 35 years, S/o- Kulwant Singh, R/o- Patiala, Punjab (Receiver of seized contraband).

3.    Jashnoor Singh, Age about 21 years, S/o- Pall Singh, R/o- Patiala, Punjab (Associate of 1 & 2).

Source of the seized Ganja was Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh and destination was Hissar, Haryana. The arrested accused persons and seized properties will be produced before the Ld. Court Bhubaneswar on 06.05.2022.
