Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja and ACS Nikunja Bihari Dhal visit Odisha CM

Bhubaneswar, July 1: On Monday, Odisha's new Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja and Additional Chief Secretary Nikunja Bihari Dhal paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at the State Guest House.
Sources report that the Chief Minister discussed various administrative matters and upcoming development projects with Ahuja and Dhal. Ahuja, a 1990-batch IAS officer of the Odisha cadre, took over as Chief Secretary on Sunday, succeeding outgoing Chief Secretary Pradeep Jena, a 1989-batch IAS officer, at Lok Seva Bhavan, Bhubaneswar.
Additionally, Dhal, a 1993-batch IAS officer of the Odisha cadre, was appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister on Sunday. Dhal previously served as the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Odisha during the 2024 General and State Assembly elections. Prior to his role as CEO, he served as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Energy Department and Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) in 2023.
