Odia film industry mourns the loss of veteran actor Chakradhar Jena
Bhubaneswar, Feb 13: Odia film actor Chakradhar Jena has passed away while undergoing treatment at AIIMS Bhubaneswar on Monday.
Jena had been receiving medical care at the healthcare facility for a lung-related ailment. Despite efforts, he was eventually transferred to the ICU, where he succumbed during treatment. His demise has cast a pall of sorrow over the Ollywood fraternity.
An alumnus of the National School of Drama, Jena embarked on his Odia film career with the debut movie 'Pathara Khasuchhi Bada Deulu' in 1993. Throughout his illustrious career, he graced the screen in numerous popular films including 'Mo Mana Khali Tumari Pain', 'Rana Bhumi', 'Sahara Jaluchi', 'Tu Mo Akhira Tara', 'To Bina Mo Kahani Addha', 'To Pain Nebi Mu Sahe Janama', 'Sanju Aau Sanjana', and 'Om Namaha Shivaya'.
