New Subhadra Yojana beneficiaries to receive assistance on March 8, 2026: Pravati Parida
Bhubaneswar, Nov 1: The Odisha Government has announced that newly enrolled beneficiaries under the Subhadra Yojana will receive their financial assistance on March 8, 2026, coinciding with International Women’s Day, informed Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida.
Addressing the media, Parida said that all administrative and financial preparations have been finalized to ensure smooth and timely disbursement of funds. The newly approved beneficiaries will receive two installments together, as part of the government’s effort to accelerate benefits for women.
Registration for the second phase of the Subhadra Yojana commenced on November 1 and will continue for one month. Parida added that the deadline may be extended depending on the response from applicants. Women enrolling during this phase will be eligible to receive their third and fourth installment amounts together next year.
Beneficiaries can register through the official Subhadra Yojana portal, which has been designed to ensure transparency, efficiency, and accessibility. The state government aims to empower women through this flagship initiative by providing direct financial support to strengthen their economic independence and household stability.
