CM Majhi Visits AIIMS , Assessed Health Condition Of Injured Student

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi went to AIIMS today to inquire about the health condition of the seriously injured student. The CM said that the victim is being treated at Delhi AIIMS standards. He also said that the next 24 hours are very critical for the student. Bhubaneswar AIIMS authorities are in touch with Delhi AIIMS on VC. The condition of the injured student is currently critical, so transfer is not possible. If it goes normal, then Delhi airlift will be done. The Chief Minister said that strict action will be taken in this incident. The Chief Minister gave this information after assessing the health condition of the injured student.
On the other hand, the National Commission for Women has intervened in the incident on its own. It has been said that the student has been sexually harassed and threatened in vain for obtaining a degree. He attempted suicide due to such threats from the department head. The victim is in critical condition as 95 percent of his body has been burnt. He has written to the Odisha DGP for strict action after investigating the matter. He has also directed him to inform him about the action taken within 3 days.
