President Droupadi Murmu to visit Odisha on July 14–15; to attend convocations at AIIMS and Ravenshaw University

Bhubaneswar, July 1: President Droupadi Murmu will undertake a two-day visit to Odisha starting July 14, during which she will participate in major academic and developmental events in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. This visit marks yet another homecoming for the President, who hails from the state.
On July 14, she will arrive in Bhubaneswar and attend the convocation ceremony of AIIMS Bhubaneswar as the chief guest. The prestigious medical institute will celebrate the achievements of its graduating students, who will receive their degrees in the esteemed presence of the country’s first tribal woman President. Her participation adds immense significance to the occasion and will serve as an inspiration to the nation’s future healthcare professionals.
The following day, July 15, President Murmu will visit Cuttack to preside over the convocation ceremony at Ravenshaw University—one of Odisha’s most historic and respected educational institutions. Her presence is expected to be a moment of pride for students, faculty, and alumni alike.
