CHSE Odisha Plus II results likely in two days; govt may extend Plus III admission deadline

Bhubaneswar, May 20: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, is expected to declare the Class 12 (Plus II) board examination results for 2025 within the next two days. This announcement was made by Odisha’s Minister of School and Mass Education, Nityananda Gond, during a media briefing on Tuesday.
“The results will be declared very soon—within a day or two. We are making every effort to avoid any delay in publishing the results, and we are confident they will be released on time,” said Minister Gond, reassuring anxious students and parents awaiting the outcome.
Meanwhile, today marks the final day for submitting applications for Plus III (undergraduate) admissions across the state. Addressing this concern, the Minister added that the government would soon approach the Higher Education Department to request an extension of the application deadline.
“We understand that some students may be facing difficulties in submitting their forms. We will take up the matter with the Higher Education Department to ensure no student misses the opportunity due to timing issues,” Gond stated.
He further urged students not to panic and to stay informed through official announcements.
