Bhubaneswar, Feb 1: In a shocking incident, a builder identified as Jitender Nayak, owner of Binayak Construction, was discovered dead under suspicious circumstances in the Chandrasekharpur Police Station area of Bhubaneswar on Saturday.

Sources reveal that Nayak had been grappling with severe financial difficulties stemming from significant business losses and escalating debts. It is believed that he had taken out a large loan from a bank to purchase land but struggled to meet repayment obligations, which may have contributed to his tragic situation.

Authorities were alerted after Nayak was found hanging in his apartment, raising immediate concerns regarding the circumstances of his death. The Chandrasekharpur police acted swiftly upon receiving the tip-off, arriving at the scene to secure the area. They seized the body and sent it for a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death.

A forensic team has also been dispatched to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the case, aiming to uncover the truth behind Nayak's untimely demise and whether foul play was involved.
