Minor girl kidnapped and gang-raped in Rourkela
Bhubaneswar, Dec 20: A shocking incident has come to light in Rourkela, where a minor girl was allegedly kidnapped and brutally assaulted by three youths. The Uditnagar police have detained three accused in connection with the case.
According to the complaint filed by the victim's family, the girl was abducted by the three youths while she was roaming near Bisra Chowk in Rourkela. The accused allegedly confined her to a room for three days, where she was subjected to gang-rape. The victim managed to escape and informed her family about the horrific ordeal.
The police have launched an investigation and detained all three accused. The boyfriend of the victim was also involved in the gang-rape. Both the accused and survivor will undergo medical tests.
