The latest weather forecast for December 11 indicates that shallow to moderate fog may develop at one or two locations in several districts, including Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, Cuttack, Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, and Kandhamal.

The IMD bulletin highlights that Odisha will experience clear skies with no significant rainfall anticipated. In fact, the entire month of December is expected to be relatively dry, with an average rainfall of only 14 mm.
