Violent clash leads to murder of man in Jharsuguda

Bhubaneswar, Dec 6: A tragic incident occurred on Thursday night in Kulemura Saleitikra village, under the Laikera police station in Jharsuguda district, where a 25-year-old youth named Rajat Rajhansa was brutally hacked to death and his body dumped in a paddy field.
According to reports, the violence erupted following a trivial disagreement between Rajat and another individual. During the quarrel, Rajat allegedly slapped an elderly man, which led to escalating tensions. The elderly man's son, along with several associates, retaliated violently by abducting Rajat to a nearby farmhouse, where they assaulted him brutally before disposing of his body in the field.
