Vigilance Arrest Subarnapur CSO
The Vigilance Department has arrested Subarnapur District Chief Food Supply Officer (CSO) Suresh Panigrahi. He has been arrested on charges of evasion of non-income assets.
The vigilance team raided Suresh's various addresses on charges of evasion of non-income assets. Vigilantes raided several places in Subarnapur, Bargarh, Balangir and Bhubaneswar. Suresh had 2 buildings, a farm, 19 plots at the time of raids. Along with this, bank deposits of Rs 1.72 crore and cash of Rs 1.49 lakh were seized. In addition to this, the vigilance team also seized 4 acres of land with 500 teak trees.
