NBW Issued Against Former Rajya Sabha MP
Non-bailable arrest warrant issued against former Rajya Sabha MP and current district BJD president N Bhaskar Rao . SDJM court Rayagada issued warrant against N Bhaskar Rao and 5 others .
It is to be noted that tribal leader Bhagirathi Mandangi was brutally killed on 15/12/2010. Jagannath Mandangi, the brother of deceased partner Mandangi, filed a re-petition on February 14, 2024, as no result was found in this case even after 13 years. As a result of which the SDJM court issued NBW in the said incident on Tuesday.
