Odisha Nursing Cadre Dress Code Changed , Uniform To Have Sambalpur Design
Bhubaneswar: The demand of nursing union has been fulfilled. The State Health and Family Welfare Department has given its consent. The dress code of Odisha Nursing Cadre has been changed. Now the nursing officer's uniform will also have Sambalpuri design. Now, instead of completely white, Sambalpuri design can be seen in white dresses or overcoats. The uniform collar of DNS, NS officers will have Sambalpuri design.
Nurses will wear new color and new design dresses with Sambalpuri design . They will wear lavender or light purple dresses. This applies to both male and female nurses.
Assistant Nursing Superintendents will have to wear cyan blue meaning light blue dress. Deputy Nursing Superintendents will wear white sari and dress. The apron collars meant for them have a Sambalpuri design.
