Minati Behera Removed As Chairperson Of Women's Commission

Bhubaneswar: Minati Behera has stepped down from the post of women commission chairperson. A notification has been issued by the Department of Women and Child Development.
It is worth noting that on 23rd of last month, the government dismissed Minati Behera from the post of Chairperson of the Women's Commission. On 25th, the state government issued a show cause notice to Minati Behera expressing dissatisfaction with her work. On November 1 at 4:00 PM, the Women's Commission submitted a reply to the notice.
On 23rd, State Women's Commission Chairperson Minati Behera and 4 other members were dismissed by the Mohan government. But even after that Minati Behera did not leave the post. Every day she came to the office and worked in the office. Even after being dismissed, she told the media that she did not know anything. However, today a notice has been issued by the Women and Child Development Department that she has been sacked. The government removed Minati from the post due to lack of satisfactory answers.
