Bhubaneswar: Accidents are happening regularly in the city due to careless driving by Mo bus drivers. People are protesting against this at various times. In this context, Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) has adopted a strict approach. Bus traffic safety rules are strictly checked. A driver and a conductor have been suspended for violating the rules. Both drivers and conductors found to be under the influence of alcohol during alcohol testing have been suspended by Crut's executive team. Two more were suspended for a period of two months for indisciplinary actions during duty hours. 

On the other hand, Dr. N. Tirumala Naik, chief editor and management director of Crut, has traveled to various places on Friday in Mo bus to test the situation. I have spoken to various categories of passengers, riders and conductors to know about the services available in Mo bus, he said. 

In the coming days, any driver found driving under the influence of alcohol will have their driving license revoked immediately for a period of 6 months. Also, Mo bus crew will be regularly tested for alcohol. In addition, there will be a special driver training program, behavioral and behavioral training for passengers and colleagues. Crut said that the system of special monitoring at the workplace will be further tightened.
