Odisha CM and deputies meet national figures, discuss state's future roadmap

Bhubaneswar, June 28: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, along with Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, met with President Droupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar in New Delhi today.
Chief Minister Majhi invited both the President and Vice President to visit Odisha to witness the renowned Rath Yatra of Mahaprabhu Jagannath.
The Chief Minister and his deputies also had a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, where Majhi expressed his gratitude for the Prime Minister's attendance at his swearing-in ceremony and extended an invitation to visit Odisha in the near future.
In addition, the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Ministers met with Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Their discussions focused on developing a roadmap for a prosperous Odisha, especially as the state approaches its 100th anniversary of formation in 2036. The Chief Minister also invited these Union Ministers to visit Odisha during the Rath Yatra.
