Woman dragged and beaten at Chandabali Police Station

Bhubaneswar, June 26: A brutal incident occurred in Chandabali, Bhadrak district, Odisha, where police officers reportedly assaulted a woman. The visuals of the incident are too graphic to be shown publicly and have been described as blood-curdling.
According to reports, three police officers viciously attacked a woman with a plastic pipe in front of Chandabali Police Station. They dragged her by her hands and legs and slammed her to the ground. The video of this inhumane act is now going viral.
Residents have condemned the police's abusive behavior after seeing the viral video. Reportedly, the woman was at the police station with her child to meet her husband. The child was playing with a shoe cover, which fell in front of the police station. On-duty constable Ravi Shetty asked the woman to pick it up.
When the woman refused, stating she was not his servant, Constable Ravi slapped her. When she protested, two more police officers joined Ravi Shetty in assaulting her, knocking her to the ground.
