Koraput bus services restored post successful talks
Bhubaneswar, June 15: Bus services have resumed normal operations in Koraput district after successful discussions and an agreement between the Private Bus Owners’ Association and the Bus Employees’ Association on Saturday.
Under the direction of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, the Koraput district administration facilitated discussions with the Private Bus Owners’ Association and the Bus Employees’ Association to resolve their dispute.
The dispute between the two associations had previously disrupted bus services in the district.
The Chief Minister has urged the Transport Department, both associations, and the district administration to consistently prioritize the interests of common passengers.
