BJD Chief Naveen Patnaik congratulates Modi on third consecutive term

Bhubaneswar, June 10: Former Odisha Chief Minister and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik congratulated Narendra Modi today for being sworn in as the Prime Minister of India for a record third consecutive term.
On his X handle, Patnaik extended his best wishes for Modi's successful tenure and for his team's efforts to meet the people's aspirations. "Congratulate Shri @narendramodi ji on being sworn in as the Prime Minister of India for the record third consecutive term. Wish you a successful tenure and best wishes to your team in fulfilling the aspirations of the people. May our beloved country reach new heights of development under your leadership," Patnaik stated.
President Droupadi Murmu administered the oath of office and secrecy to Modi in a ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan yesterday. With this, Modi became the first leader since former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru to be elected for a third consecutive term. Alongside him, 71 council members, including 30 Cabinet ministers, 5 Ministers of State with Independent Charge, and 36 Ministers of State, also took their oaths.
