OJEE 2026 to begin from May 11; online applications open on January 27
Bhubaneswar, Jan 12: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2026 will be conducted from May 11, the Skill Development and Technical Education Department announced on Monday, releasing the detailed academic schedule for the 2026–27 session. The entrance test will be held in computer-based mode for admission to a wide range of professional courses across the state.
According to the notification, the online application process for courses including BTech, BPharm, MCA, MSc, MBA, Nursing, MTech and MArch will commence on January 27 and remain open until March 26. Candidates will be able to apply through the official OJEE portal during this period.
OJEE 2026 examinations are scheduled to take place from May 11 to May 17, with results likely to be declared tentatively by May 31. Counselling for all OJEE courses—excluding MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS—is planned to begin in the second week of June.
The department also announced that the Special OJEE for BTech, BPharm and lateral entry into BTech, MBA and MCA will be conducted from June 25 to June 30. Applications for Special OJEE will be accepted in the first two weeks of June. The counselling process is expected to conclude by July 31, followed by college-level admissions from August 1 to August 15.
