Gautam Adani and family participate in Puri Rath Yatra, launch ‘Prasad Seva’ for devotees

Bhubaneswar, June 28: Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, along with his wife Priti Adani and son Karan Adani, took part in the annual Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath in Puri, Odisha, on Saturday. The family joined lakhs of devotees who had gathered to witness the grand chariot procession of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra, one of India’s most revered religious celebrations.
The Adani family participated in the rituals of the sacred event and performed ‘Rath Poojan’, offering prayers and seeking blessings during the holy procession. In a gesture of service, the Adani Group also launched its ambitious ‘Prasad Seva’ initiative in Puri Dham, aimed at providing clean, nutritious, and lovingly served food to devotees, frontline workers, and officials managing the event.
Taking to social media, Gautam Adani wrote, “By the infinite grace of Lord Shri Jagannath Ji, we have been blessed with the opportunity to serve in the sacred Rath Yatra of Puri Dham.”
The initiative reflects the Adani family's commitment to public welfare and spiritual service, enhancing the experience for countless pilgrims who have thronged the temple town for the festival.
